Pields·BJC… obtain order $230 million worth of an offshore plant project from Brazil

Pields Engineering, the plant specialized company, and BJC obtain order $230 million (approxiately 258 billion won) worth of an offshore plant project from Brazil.

The two companies have joined since 2014 to build offshore plant modules ordered by Brazilian Petrobras. In the early days, they were subcontracted by QGI, a Brazilian heavy industry company, and over the time they were able to win orders directly by achieving recognition of design and production ability.

This is the first time that a Korean company has acquired an offshore plant proejct in Brazil's Petrobras.
