Pields Engineering new employees completed
6 weeks of new employee training.
It has taken a step as a specialist to lead
the plant industry by strengthening the knowledge capacity of the plant
industry and acquiring the basic work process as an engineer efficiently, and
by creating practical training and achievement.
This training was conducted under the
leadership of each team leader and mentor, and it was possible to strengthen
communication between new employees and seniors. Through this training, we were
able to learn not only our business competence but also our company's culture
and vision, and our sense of belonging and loyalty.
