PIELDS Engineering, Co., Ltd. held a fall sports competition for entire executives and employees on October 31st to offer opportunities for pleasant and healthy communication. This event was held with a goal to enhance the teamwork and vitalize in-organization communication throughout all executives and employees by escaping from daily working environment.

The sports competition consisted of team-by-team contests with 4 different teams and a cooperative program, which were filled with loud cheering, laughs and vital energy throughout the event site. Most of all, everyone became a member of one team transcending his/her department or job title and found an opportunity to discover new aspects of fellow workers.

A company official said, “I believe this event served as a time for executives and employees to recharge themselves under their tight work schedule,” and he added, “We plan to keep developing this type of programs for communication for the good of health of workers and organizational culture.”

Live images of this fall sports competition will be shared with executives and employees through in-house message boards and photo galleries.

The company aims to keep further developing the vent as a program for organizational culture for everyone to work and advance together.
