Depending on the height, the Flare Stacks are manufactured as either 'self-supported' or 'derrick' types.

Flare Stack

A Flare Stack is composed of Flare Tip with Pilot Burner, Gas Seal, Riser, and Liquid Seal Drum, and can be ignited automatically or
manually through Ignition Skid, available in two types as described below.

FFG (Front Flame Generator) : The flame is created by ignitor of ignition skid and sent to the pilot burner of flare tip through the pipe to ignite it.
HEI (High Energy Ignition) : High voltage is sent from the Ignition Skid via the Igniter in the Pilot Burner for ignition.
