Depending on the height, the Flare Stacks are manufactured as either 'self-supported' or 'derrick' types.

Flare Stack

A Flare Stack is composed of Flare Tip with Pilot Burner, Gas Seal, Riser, and Liquid Seal Drum, and can be ignited automatically or
manually through Ignition Skid, available in two types as described below.

  • FFG (Front Flame Generator) : t generates a flame is generated from the Ignition Skid and is sent it through piping to the Pilot Burner for ignition.
  • HEI (High Energy Ignition) : High voltage is sent from the Ignition Skid via the Igniter in the Pilot Burner for ignition.
